I will be in the Air National Guard. I know you get certified to be an EMT in Tech school but will i be able to get any type of civilian medical job w/ my tech school training?
After completing AF Tech School for a Medical Tech will i be able to get a civ job in medical Field?

You probably could but you may want to get some experience before applying with a civilian company. Make sure you keep your certificate handy but you may also want to find out what the civilian job requirements are when you apply.
