When products can be returned or exchanged?

Change of mind, Damage or Defective product.

Return period times:

The time period for return or exchange. Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

What situation does the product eligible for return service?

To be eligible for a return, your item must be New, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

What do customer get after returning?

After returning customer get a refund for the products.

Process for getting a return?

First, please send an email stating that you want to return or exchange a product for some reason (you don't like it anymore, want to change to another product, are not ready to receive it, etc) and proof of your purchase to our customer support email: Our support member will help you. 

 Who will provide the return shipping fee?

  • If the return is caused by the consumer, the consumer should be responsible for the shipping fee. The specific fee should be based on the express company you choose.
  • If the products received are damaged, defective or not correct, our company are responsible to take the shipping fee of return.

Do you have any restoring fees?

We have no restocking fee for return products.

Can I cancel my order?

If you want to cancel the order, please do that within 24 hours from the date you placed it, after that, the order has been processed and we can't cancel it for you.

Process for claiming?

You need to capture the details of the damaged product and please send us some pictures or videos of the product to our customer support email:

We will not accept a refund if:

  • Shipping charges are not refundable and you must contact us for authorization to return. Unauthorized return packages will be refused.
  • Promotions and discounts will not be reimbursed.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued back to your original form of payment. it could take 5 - 7 business days to have your refund issued and for your account to be accredited.

Missing refunds (If applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Warm Notes: Before placing an order, please make sure to fill in the correct address, accurate to the street and house number, so that you can accurately receive the package in time. If the delivery address is wrong and the delivery is unsuccessful, the customer will bear the corresponding loss.
